While the majority of our cases are in Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk,Worcester, and Plymouth Counties, we do handle cases for our clients
throughout Massachusetts.

Because we are a small firm, we can more easily tailor our approach to our

We do not take in more cases than we can handle, and we do not treat our
files or our clients like numbers. We promptly respond to all e-mails, calls,
letters, and faxes. We strive to maintain the level of service and
professionalism you should expect when you hire a legal professional.
Because we are also a small business operating in a small city, we
understand the difficulties that small business can face when trying to
collect debts in the area they regularly operate.

quickly as possible. As receivables age, the changes of recovery decrease.

We handle the majority of our cases on a contingent fee. Hourly rates and
hybrid rates are also available.
